To live a life of maximum creativity, we must nurture our ability to move and flow with energy from the centre of our being. The alternative is living from the point of fragmented beliefs (mostly negative) that are the result of routines that keep us stuck in the doings of life.

 

The Ego mind is programmed to think negatively, and it takes much awareness and practice
to unlearn this. The Heart Chakra is used to record our emotions and is completely empty of
judgement. It simply records.

 

The truth, the essence of being, is the centre of living a life of creativity. This is our potential.
And not on the level of thinking or doing. Our emotions set the tone of frequency and stimulate what we attract into our lives. However, our total spiritual connection with the Creator can be experienced through the practice of being, which is only in the present moment.

 

Creative living needs your awareness of energy centred flow. As you grow your consciousness, your world begins to change. Meditation is an excellent exercise to support and expand a life of creative and centred movement. This is how you become alive with energy flow and enhance the way you choose to live this life.

Mercury, the planet that governs intellect, understanding, communication, thinking,
electronics, travel, and movable parts is in retrograde motion from 2 April 2024 until he goes
direct 25 April 2024. Keep in mind that he is only full steam ahead and in full forward gear
from 12 May 2024. The usual applies, avoid signing legal documents, triple check all
communication before hitting the send button. Miscommunication and misunderstandings
are most common over this period as Mercury in retrograde becomes the trickster. And with
the Eclipse season in the mix, secrets come to light and big change, ready or not.

The Total Solar Eclipse is a New Moon in the sign of Aries. It reaches its intensity 8 April
2024 and is focused on ego aggression and attack. Depending on where your Aries house is in your natal chart, this is the area you will experience the energy of this New Moon Eclipse.
The Universe is demanding change. And with Mercury in retrograde it makes communication a little angrier and more frustrating. Awareness is key. Stay alert and be mindful of your surroundings. Eclipse energy lingers for at least 6 weeks before and after the dates
mentioned above.

The Full Moon is in the sign of Scorpio on 23 April 2024. Scorpio is deep and intense and
signifies a time of completions, endings, and change. Be kind and compassionate with
others as well as your Self. Emotions are running high and if ever there was a time to be
centred, this is it.
