Most of us welcome the month of December as it symbolises a time to slow down, reflect, and enjoy our own company and being with those we love.

Contemplate the last 11 months and I invite you to take a look at what is the most obvious lesson of this year for you. Is it possible for you to ponder the lesson without judging it as ‘good’ or ‘bad’?

True authentic love is manifested through the power of observation. Like a birdwatcher who enjoys
observing birds in their habitat, without deciding what is good or bad for the bird, so too do you
have the power to see life in all her glory as she continuously unfolds in front of you. You are always making the unknown, known.

Patience in the moment supports your situation as it develops. And only once you shift your attention into this moment, do you then have the power of observation. No good or bad. Simple
observation. As soon as you label it good or bad, you become entangled in the story that your Ego
distracts you with.

From this point of story, you become uncreative, unproductive and uninspired – a.k.a. stuck.

To evolve and keep growing, you need to be in creation, productive and inspired to learn.

Consider this last year as a year of well-earned experiences and wisdom achieved. Wisdom enables resilience. And if ever there was a time humanity needs to be resilient, it is now. The more flexible you are the less breakable you become.

As it is above, so it is below.

The Full Moon in Gemini on 7 December 2022 symbolises the completion of a cycle or perhaps an
ending of a cycle. You may feel the need to intellectualise your feelings, and as with all full moons,
emotions do run high. Instead, look for new ideas and new ways to express yourself. How you
choose to communicate is the highlight of this time.

The New Moon in Capricorn on 23 December 2022 symbolises new starts with career opportunities, or perhaps for you its about your mom, alternatively this new moon may challenge you into expressing yourself in a more structured and disciplined way.

Our beloved planet that governs all aspects of communication and logic, Mercury, moves into his
shadow motion from 12 December, then is stationed 23 December and then retrograde from 29
December 2022.

The usual applies, take care and be patient with travel, plans change, communicate with clarity and triple check all your communication, make sure you have clarity and understanding, avoid signing legal documents and avoid big purchases of electronics or even vehicles. Mercury always brings back the past, this is so that you are complete with it. It is also a good time to re-connect with friends. Edit your projects, review your reports or re-organise your cupboards.

While Mars is still retrograde when Mercury goes retrograde, rest, slow down and if possible avoid
surgery. Mercury is full steam ahead 7 February 2023. Mars is full steam ahead from around the
same time.
