The flow of life is apparent with every breath we take. Yet, we mostly breathe unconsciously, and so most of us live unconsciously. This means we are asleep to our constant judgements and expectations. Through this state of unawareness, life seems difficult and filled with worries that are mostly in thought and not reality. Reality and truth are similar and at the same time worlds apart. A massive paradox. (A whole other story)

Depending on our ability to choose to surrender rather than to choose the false sense of security of control, will influence our willingness to flow with life. The only control we have is of our attitudes, our actions and habits. Nothing in our lives can ever really change unless we shift our awareness into acceptance. The opposite of acceptance is resistance. Therefore, we are either in resistance to the flow of life or we are in the acceptance of this.

 Resistance of truth or what is, produces pain and suffering. Our challenge is to be honest and to recognise and acknowledge this trend within in our Self.  The alternative is to perpetuate living in a state of unconsciously creating a reality that exists in fear, or at the very least the false belief that we have control over life. Surrender requires an awareness of Self.

The last eclipse for this year is the Full Moon Total Lunar Eclipse 8 November 2022 in the sign of Taurus. This is a full moon that packs a big punch on an emotional scale and brings abrupt change whether you are ready or not! Expression of feelings is highlighted. There is a change in finances, and all things material. Remember that full moons are about completions and endings. With Uranus conjunct the moon, shocks or surprises are also expected. Saturn is in this mix demanding discipline and structure; this can make expression a little over the top. Be aware of your surroundings. Depending where in your personal chart this eclipse is taking place, it is guaranteed to bring a big change.

The New Moon in Sagittarius is 23 November 2022 and as with all new moons, a new start is welcomed even if it is not clear to you, it will show up for you over the next few weeks. There is a search for truth and understanding; all things spiritual are activated now.
